Creative Campus Monheim is a development in the south of Monheim, overlooking the Rhine. The project focuses on expanding the existing hub for companies in the fields of innovative health research, biotech and life science. Over the next ten to fifteen years, about 2,000 new jobs will be created here by attracting new companies. The Campus is conveniently located between the metropolitan areas of Cologne and Düsseldorf, enabling companies that settle at Monheim Creative Campus to benefit from the large number of highly skilled potential employees in the region.

Fifteen companies have already set up their business on the Campus, which also boasts services such as a canteen, a childcare facility, a dog daycare service and other amenities to round off the overall concept. Development of the remaining unused pieces of land will begin in summer 2022. Meanwhile, a car park open to company members and visitors to the Campus will be under construction.
