In cooperation with construction company Goldbeck, SEG is building a state-of-the-art car park with 2050 parking spaces in the Rheinpark development area. Visitors to the "Kulturraffinerie K714" event hall, currently still under construction, employees of nearby companies and the general public will benefit from the car park once it is ready. A clever entry-and-exit system will prevent long queues, and there will also be a sufficient number of parking spaces with charging stations for electric vehicles. Thanks to its elaborate facade, the car park will even be an architectural highlight. Ground-breaking is scheduled for October 2021, with completion planned for the end of 2023.
